The Empowered Negotiator, A Collective Bargaining Workshop

Course Description: In this class, students will learn how to create and combine all of the elements necessary to maximize your advantages at the collective bargaining table. This includes: understanding the perception of power and its importance to successful negotiations, bargaining strategy development, bargaining table protocols, involving the membership, how to go about enhancing your bargaining power, and negotiations simulations.

Instructor Bio: Paul is a Union Organizational Specialist who works closely with union leaders to help solve organizational problems and build union power and effectiveness. He is a valued and seasoned bargaining consultant, organizer, and strategist with over 40 years of experience.
