Finding Stress Relief and Connection in Challenging Times
January 16, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
This session offers participants tools and the space to process anxiety related to current political divisions. Worrying for ourselves, our colleagues and the people we serve can manifest in ways that harm our relationships and undermine our work and life satisfaction. We will provide tools for managing stress and supporting our collective health, with a focus on personal well-being.
