Rich Cabral has over 30 years in Commercial and Industrial Painting, and 20+ years with DC 35 IUPAT. He has served as an Organizer for DC 35 for a little over 2 years now and recently became a Business Representative as well. Been fighting the good fight for workers everywhere and proud to be a new member of the Labor Guild Board.
